Our Meat
Our lamb, hogget and mutton are raised by us, grazing natural saltbush, native grasses and pastures. We handle our sheep quietly, without dogs or saleyards. Our lamb, hogget, mutton and beef are dry-aged for flavour, then butchered and packed ready for your freezer.
Our beef and pork are sourced from other producers.
