A half side of a large saltbush reared Wiltshire lamb, raised on Riverina country with extensive natural stands of saltbush and native grasses, dry aged for at least 10 days.

Expected price range: approximately $192–$216 including delivery

$24 per kg cwt — final delivered price depends on actual carcass weight.

Our half sides are taken only from larger lambs with a carcass weight of 32–36 kg cwt. If we cannot supply within this range, we will contact you before proceeding.
